Why did we change the site?
We redesigned the Dealer Portal to provide a more intuitive, modern, and secure online experience for our dealer partners. The new portal makes it easier to find products, manage your account, and navigate your orders.
Why do I need to reset my password?
All Dealer Portal users are required to reset their passwords with the update. This keeps your account secure and ensures compatibility with the new portal.
How do I reset my password?
- Go to https://truck.upauto.com/customer-log-in
- Click the "Forgot Password" link below the Password field
- Enter your email address and click "Submit"
- Check your inbox for a password reset email (including spam folder)
- Click the link to go to the Password Reset page
- Enter a new password following the listed requirements and click "Update"
- Log in with your new password
What happens to orders placed before 10/15?
Any orders placed prior to 10/15 were processed and will be shipped as usual. If you need details about a specific order, contact us at [email protected].
